CylSlot conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Members may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

CylSlot does not charge processing fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges.
All deposits made by Malaysian users are processed and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposit amounts below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. CylSlot strictly prohibits deposits made on behalf of another individual or from accounts owned by third parties. Any such transaction may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Members whose accounts are in good standing. Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must ensure that all active wagering requirements on any bonus funds have been met in full. The Platform will not process withdrawals of locked bonus funds or funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from elevated withdrawal limits. Please refer to your account dashboard for the limits applicable to your account level.
All withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. The withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for the initial deposit where practically possible. CylSlot reserves the right to verify the ownership of any withdrawal destination account before processing.
All bonus offers made available through CylSlot are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during active bonus play, game contribution rates, bonus validity periods, and maximum cash-out caps. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and must be read before claiming any offer.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses awarded to Members must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total wager of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single-bet cap applies. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, the maximum bet permitted during active bonus play is RM 250 per round or spin. Placing bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all game types contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows (individual promotions may specify different rates):
Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default expiry period is 14 calendar days from the date of bonus credit. Upon expiry, unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirement balances are automatically removed from the account.
CylSlot reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases where a Member is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures.
All casino games offered on CylSlot use certified random number generation (RNG) technology, independently audited by third-party testing agencies. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the long-term theoretical return of each game and are based on verified certification data.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform. CylSlot reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, where the result was affected by known corruption, or where the bet was placed after the event had commenced (in the case of pre-match markets).
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet — including server interruptions, software errors, or data transmission failures — CylSlot reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account. Results produced during a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and cannot be claimed as winnings.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and sportsbook market. CylSlot reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment, without prior notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CylSlot makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
CylSlot reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict an account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; suspicious financial activity; identity verification concerns; or risk of harm to the Member due to problem gambling indicators.
Following investigation, CylSlot may permanently terminate an account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering, all balances in the account may be forfeited and the relevant authorities notified.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Where no wagering requirements are outstanding and the account is in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to CylSlot's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels within thirty (30) calendar days of first notification, the parties may pursue resolution through the arbitration or dispute resolution mechanism specified under the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. CylSlot does not acknowledge the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts over disputes arising from online gambling activities.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.
